i've been thinking, i think this is alot easier:

you have to create a way to export an image to a .jpg file in flatmode
this map has to be at real size, if 1 tile is 1x1 cm, the real map of 192x192 will become 192x192 cm.

the user will be able to enter a map, and will become the tables background.

some things it needs:
a white line between each tile of 1 px. this will help people placing buildings.

than i will make sure the table will work (probably with an automated program, im not gonna make 192x192 cells in a table :twisted: )

im having some problems with making the map,,, it shows a blank page, but besides that its going pretty well..

(+ it helps me to learn a little more javascript)

i dont use vista, its just an xp theme ;)

and this is related, cuz i want people to be able to convert their maps to a .jpg file, and than read them in to become the tables background...
atm its not working correctly yet, but im creating a roster with map coordinates equal to the map editor, so that you can drag layers into the roster, so you can see how your village becomes, and than you can easily enter the data in the converter.

Krom, I caught a problem:
If you make new map, and the width is less then the heigth, (or the heigth is less then the width) you can't make some things undone. Look to this image:

Those three pieces of mountains were longer. But when I used Ctrl + Z, only the northern pieces disappeared instead of all. I hope you understand it. ;)

Krom, can you make an export ability to export a map asl jpg on real size as would be ingame?

im making a building placer with javascript:
its not working correctly yet,

but this should be done
you export your map from the KAM editor
you upload your map to imageshack
you fill in a link to your image, and the map width/height.
than your map.jpg image will be placed as background on the table, with a roster on it. (thats why real size).
each cell has its own coordinates
when you click on them, you get them in a form X Y as.
when you go over a cell, you get the coordinates aswell, but than in a different form.

after that works, i will create(or rip from doll things) a script to move layers, and make them with javascript. they are buildings and roads etc, so you can see how your map is going to look.

can you make that export mode?
i needs to be the map in flat mode.
